The company's purpose is the operation and management of nurseries, including all related activities, as well as the operation and management of various businesses, such as grocery stores, newsstands and other similar retail outlets. All organizational and management services for events and functions, including transportation services, are also part of the company's purpose. Furthermore, the company may, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may, in any form, participate in similar businesses, in particular by acquiring interests in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
