The Company may, in particular and without limitation, in Switzerland and/or abroad: (i) engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or in direct or indirect connection with it; (ii) establish branches or subsidiaries; (iii) participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; (iv) file, acquire, hold and sell patents or all intellectual property rights and acquire, hold and grant licenses; (v) grant (i) loans and/or any other form of financing or (ii) guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more shareholders, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit.
