The company's purpose is: - to carry out purchase, sale, brokerage and valuation operations of movable assets, such as vehicles, shares, securities, precious metals and paintings; - to carry out purchase, sale, brokerage, study, promotion, management, financing, valuation and construction operations of real estate, commercial or rental properties abroad and in Switzerland, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; to execute or have executed and supervise all construction work; to import, export and distribute, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, materials, construction elements and installations, including all accessories and ancillary objects.
