This includes providing consulting, marketing, communication and financial services to associations, clubs, public corporations, private individuals, interest groups, non-profit organizations and commercial as well as non-commercial enterprises, taking over management services and project work in these areas, particularly in sports, education, culture and health, participations, acquisition, holding, maintenance and disposal of properties, securities, intellectual property rights of all kinds and trade in goods within the scope of the purpose, as well as carrying out and accompanying financings and guarantees for subsidiaries and third parties.
