The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may, in particular, engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire such enterprises or merge with them, with the exception of real estate operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
