The company's purpose is to buy, sell, broker, promote and manage movable and immovable property, as well as construct or transform buildings and all related operations in Switzerland, except for operations prohibited in Switzerland by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as abroad. The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts necessary to achieve its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
