Any real estate activity in Switzerland is excluded. The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other Swiss or foreign companies, acquire or establish other companies of the same kind, as well as conclude all legal transactions and contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are in any case in a direct or indirect relationship with the achievement of the same purpose.
