The company's main purpose is the purchase, sale, promotion, management and maintenance of real estate, as well as all general business activities, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose; carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties; grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, provide loan guarantees for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
