The development, production and marketing, in Switzerland and abroad, of 3D printed polymers and/or shape memory polymers (4D printing) on a milli and micrometric scale, 4D stents and other devices for the treatment of pathologies such as hydrocephalus, glaucoma, anastomosis and tympanostomy; import-export activities of these devices; consulting, technical assistance, 3D and 4D printing services on demand and research activities within the scope of the company's purpose. The company may acquire, hold and realize participations in other companies, as well as rights to intangible and real estate assets both in Switzerland and abroad. The purchase of real estate in Switzerland is limited to properties intended for a permanent establishment of a trade, industry or other business carried out in a commercial form within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) Lafe. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in other companies. The company may carry out any other activity useful for achieving the company's purpose.
