The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, administration, management, financing, and alienation of interests in all enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may engage in all financial, commercial, industrial, and real estate operations, with the exception of those prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose. The company may grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities, or by subscribing to any other financial commitments.
