Excluded is the handling of actual banking business and asset management as well as business on own account and risk, insofar as they are not necessary for the operation of the company. The company can acquire, hold and sell properties and other real rights, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish similar or related companies and conduct all business.
