The company's purpose is to acquire participations in all companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, on a secondary basis, both in Switzerland and abroad: acquire, renovate, transform and sell all real estate or real estate rights, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), create branches or subsidiaries, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties.
