Acquisition of participations of any kind in domestic and foreign companies, other investments of any kind, the acquisition of securities of any kind by purchase, subscription or otherwise, the transfer of securities by sale, exchange or otherwise, and the management, control and exploitation of these participations. The branch may also grant guarantees or loans to companies in which the company has a direct or indirect participation or which belong to the same group of companies as itself, or support them in other ways. Furthermore, the branch may provide factoring services for the benefit of group companies. The branch may conduct all commercial, industrial or financial business that is conducive to the achievement of its purpose.
