The company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions in direct or indirect connection with its statutory purposes or suitable to promote their realization, however, with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of the Federal Act on Money Laundering (LBA) or which would be contrary to the LFAIE. The company may participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad.
