Acquisition, management and disposal of participations in companies of all kinds at home and abroad; acquisition, sale and management of real estate of all kinds at home and abroad (in Switzerland excluding transactions subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad). The company may establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad, participate in other companies at home and abroad, and conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
