Promotion of scientific and technological progress and improvement of the urban environment through the support of research and education in the fields of architecture, electrical engineering, computer science and computer applications at universities and technical colleges in Switzerland; the foundation intends to support in particular projects, studies and research work, further education and financing of researchers, students and professors and institutes in these fields, as well as awarding prizes for scientific, design or innovative achievements or publications in the aforementioned fields; granting or providing loans.
