The company's purpose is to operate an industrial flooring and insulation business, including building sealing, resin and decorative coatings, industrial floors, tiling, and sealing of concrete structures. The company may, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except those prohibited by the LFAIE; participate in all companies or activities, or acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose; create branches; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests; conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
