The acquisition, purchase, sale, administration and management of participations in all companies or enterprises, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland and abroad, in the fields of trade, industry, finance and real estate, excluding participations in any company whose purpose is the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland other than for exclusively commercial use. It may also carry out all commercial, financial or securities transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, and create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may conclude transactions and grant loans and guarantees of any kind, including pledges, assignments by way of security, assignments by way of guarantee, guarantees and sureties, with or without consideration, to its direct and indirect shareholders, to group or affiliated companies, or to third parties, and this to the exclusion of all activities regulated by FINMA, the company not soliciting the public to obtain deposits of funds.
