The purpose of the association is to unite representatives with the common goal of promoting women's economic empowerment through innovation and technology for inclusive and sustainable development. To achieve this purpose, the association organizes corresponding events and programs. Through partnerships with companies, public and private organizations, AFA-Global pursues the following goals: i) Preparing women and girls for the upcoming era of automation. ii) Promoting equal participation of women in better-paid and value-generating work. iii) Promoting activities that ensure women are involved in shaping the digital civilization of the future. To fulfill this purpose, the association may employ staff, volunteers or comparable support staff. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit.
