The company's purpose, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, is: the acquisition, development, construction, renovation, operation, rental and sale of all real estate; the acquisition, operation, management and sale of hotels, restaurants and other public establishments. As a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, the company may: establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
