To raise global awareness of the need for a new development strategy aimed at establishing economic and social balance between industrialized and developing countries; to promote the establishment of cooperation relationships between all public or private entities aware of this need, respecting the principles of independence and non-discrimination; to encourage any initiative aimed at creating and exploiting new technologies and productions; to develop an interregional system (notably through local and regional communities) for assessing and promoting exchange opportunities in line with current and future trends in international cooperation; to defend recognized or unrecognized minorities, ensuring the publicity and defense of their interests before various UN agencies, directly or through support for other associations or NGOs; the association may not, under any circumstances, engage in profit-making operations.
