The company's purpose is to acquire, hold and sell participations in companies of any kind, in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to build, acquire, hold and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad (excluding participations and real estate not eligible under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983). The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, grant and contract loans, provide guarantees and other types of financing and security in favor of affiliated and related companies, and carry out all commercial transactions that may promote the purpose of the company and are related thereto.
