The purpose of the company is to bring quality, safety and trust to food value chains by making food transactions in global agricultural value chains more transparent and fair through the use of state-of-the-art technologies for quality assessments. The company offers integrated software solutions for agricultural businesses that provide automated and immediate results on food quality, which benefit all parties involved in the value chain and enable safe food for consumption. It can establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad, participate in related companies, acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and sell properties and intellectual property rights, and perform all legal transactions that may be necessary to achieve the company's purpose, in particular, grant financing to affiliated and other companies, provide securities of all kinds, or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these companies. The company can provide direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, for its own liabilities and other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved) provide securities of all kinds, including through pledges on or fiduciary assignments or transfers of the company's assets, or guarantees, assume joint and several liability or provide guarantees, or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these other companies, whether for consideration or not. Furthermore, it can operate a liquidity adjustment/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) with the aforementioned companies or join such a system, including periodic account balancing. This can also be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the company's profit motive, and assuming cluster risks. The company can engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the company's purpose, are related to it, or are in the interest of the group or its group companies.
