It may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a purpose identical or similar to its own, carry out all economic, industrial, financial, movable and immovable operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing the company's purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees if it serves its interests.
