In Switzerland and abroad, the acquisition, sale, import, export and brokerage of all manufactured or non-manufactured products, in particular in the agricultural sector, as well as the management of merchandise inventory levels, performance consulting and risk control in commercial finance, engineering and industrial technologies, technical assistance and consulting in computer science and any other type of consulting for its affiliates. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold, manage and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, in Switzerland only those with exclusively commercial use. The company may take, acquire, hold, manage and dispose of interests or participations in any company, business, activity or association without distinction, whether by intervention or otherwise, both in Switzerland and abroad, provided that the company may hold in Switzerland a participation in a real estate company if (i) the shares of the latter are listed on a stock exchange in Switzerland or if (ii) the real estate company has the purpose of acquiring properties with exclusively commercial use. It may manage, improve and dispose of these interests or participations and participate in the management, direction, control or liquidation of all companies, businesses, activities or associations in which the company has an interest or participation. The company may acquire, operate, use and exercise all intellectual property rights, trademarks, models and/or designs, in any way whatsoever. The company may provide management services to all companies affiliated with it. The company may conclude and/or take advantage of financing of any kind for its own account or for the account of third parties and, in particular, credit or securities transactions (including the granting of privileges, assignments and transfers of ownership as security, guarantees, surety contracts, letters of intent, indemnification obligations and economic benefits associated with these transactions), with, in favor of and/or in relation to the commitments of direct or indirect shareholders, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, even if these financing, credit or hedging transactions are in the exclusive interest of direct or indirect shareholders and/or affiliated companies. The company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose or that promote or facilitate its development.
