The Company's purpose is to engage in all commercial and trading activities, directly or indirectly related to the CO2 emissions and energy market in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may carry out all commercial and financial transactions and hold participations in all financial and commercial companies and enterprises, both in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may perform, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly connected to its main purpose. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
