The purpose of the company is to provide all services that fall within the scope of activities of a family office. This includes, in particular, services of all kinds in the areas of finance, administration, real estate, investments, taxes, law and consulting. Activities requiring authorization are excluded unless the corresponding authorizations are held. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other domestic and foreign enterprises, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, and enter into any transactions and conclude any contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related thereto. It may acquire, manage, encumber and dispose of real estate, intellectual property rights and licenses of all kinds.
