The company may grant financing, directly or indirectly, to third parties, including the company's shareholders or shareholders of companies in which they, directly or indirectly, participate, by means of loans or other financing methods, or by means of guarantees of any kind, with or without consideration. The company may acquire, hold, manage, encumber, and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad. Transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LAFE) are excluded.
