Provision for the employees of the founding company "PKZ Burger-Kehl & Co Aktiengesellschaft" in Urdorf, as well as their dependents and survivors, by providing support in cases of old age, death, and disability, and supporting the provisioner or their survivors in times of need such as illness, accident, disability, and unemployment. The foundation may also be joined by the staff of companies economically closely linked to the founding company. The foundation may also provide services to other tax-exempt employee benefit institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries to finance contributions and insurance premiums.
