The company's purpose is to acquire interests in any companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). As a secondary purpose, the company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: - acquire, renovate, transform and sell all real estate or property rights, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), - establish branches or subsidiaries, - grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, provide guarantees for loans taken out by shareholders and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, - in general, engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), - carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties.
