The Company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of properties with an exclusively commercial use. The Company also aims to invest, acquire and manage (hold and dispose of) participations in Swiss or foreign companies, provided that the Company may only hold participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland if they have an exclusively commercial use. The Company may carry out all commercial, financial and securities transactions and conclude all contracts that have a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promote its development. Furthermore, it may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also grant loans or any other form of financing to affiliated companies, as well as provide any kind of security, for the direct or indirect benefit of affiliated companies (or third parties), in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or fiduciary transfers of the Company's assets.
