Excluding operations subject to the LFAIE, the purpose of the company is to acquire, sell and trade goods in the agricultural sector at a Swiss and international level, particularly to buy and sell fertilizers and plant nutrients; chemicals and petrochemicals and raw materials for the production of fertilizers. The company also aims to organize and provide logistics services (bagging, transportation, etc.) as well as offer marketing, consulting and training services. Finally, the company also borrows and lends funds to facilitate its own trading activities and to finance the trading operations of other companies (see statutes for full purpose).
