The core activity of Ambio is consulting and implementing projects in the field of environmental sciences, particularly in the areas of water, soil, nature conservation, and forest ecology. This includes, among other things: Optimizing water and nutrient conditions in moorland and floodplain areas; Sanitation concepts for small lakes and ponds; Environmental data management and policy; Long-term monitoring concepts for environmental observation; Environmental impact assessments (EIA); Weakness analyses; Success controls of wastewater treatment projects and urban drainage; Water compatibility of industrial wastewater and special substances; Soil mapping and investigation; Geoinformation and digitization of geodata. Ambio offers these services to public and private clients and has implemented around 200 environmental projects since 1987.
