The association aims to promote and exchange families with children and young people with a hearing impairment by collecting and processing best practice knowledge and methods and disseminating them to parents, guardians, caregivers and teachers. Furthermore, the association pursues the goal of educating society about hearing impairments and their consequences in order to contribute to an inclusive society and working world. The association does not pursue any commercial purposes and does not strive for profit. The organs are active on a voluntary basis.
