The purpose of the branch is: a. to establish, participate in, manage and supervise companies, legal entities and partnerships; b. to finance companies, legal entities and partnerships; c. to raise and grant loans and credits, as well as to raise capital, including the issuance of bonds, debentures or other debt securities, and to conclude agreements related thereto; d. to provide advice and services to legal entities and partnerships that form a group with the company, as well as to third parties; e. to grant guarantees, bind the company and grant security over the company's assets to legal entities and partnerships that form a group with the company, as well as in favor of third parties; f. to acquire, manage, operate, encumber, sell and transfer movable and immovable property, as well as all rights and interests therein; g. to trade in currencies, securities and financial instruments in general; h. to acquire, exploit and sell patents and other industrial and intellectual property rights; and i. to carry out all kinds of industrial, financial and commercial activities, and all matters connected therewith or contributing thereto, with the widest possible interpretation to be applied.
