The company's purpose is to engage in asset management activities for the entrepreneurial family and their descendants in accordance with Art. 19 para. 1 FINIG, as well as to provide related consulting services, in particular in legal and tax matters. The company may, in particular, grant or receive loans or other financings directly or indirectly to or from other group companies or third parties, including their direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and provide collateral of any kind for liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether against payment or not, provided that this does not involve any licensing requirement under the Banking Act, as fund management or as a securities firm within the meaning of FINIG. The company may establish and found branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate. It may also acquire, manage and sell participations in domestic and foreign companies of all kinds.
