In Switzerland and abroad, the acquisition, holding, management and realization of participations in all types of companies and enterprises, with the exception of those holding residential real estate in Switzerland. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions in direct or indirect connection with its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad. It may establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also grant loans to its associates and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its associates.
