All real estate transactions, purchase, sale, management, administration and maintenance of real estate, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may carry out all transactions related to these activities as well as transactions to promote the purpose and interests of the company. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts that serve the further development or achievement of its goals, or relate directly or indirectly to them. It may grant loans to its shareholders and companies of the same group or accept loans from them.
