The company's purpose is to hold and manage participations in all types of Swiss or foreign companies, subject to all activities prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may carry out all operations of any nature directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, and in particular: acquire, sell, rent or operate movable or immovable assets; take an interest in other similar companies, both in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this serves its interests.
