It offers end-to-end mobility solutions that enable customers to transition to more electrified and software-defined vehicles. The company develops and manufactures vehicle components and provides electrical, electronic and active safety solutions for the global automotive and commercial vehicle market. The branch may also carry out all transactions and enter into all agreements that directly or indirectly serve its business purpose or are directly related thereto. The main branch is part of the Aptiv Group. The branch may act in the interest of the Aptiv Group or in the interest of individual companies of the Aptiv Group. The branch or the main branch may grant loans or other financings to its direct or indirect parent companies and their direct or indirect subsidiaries (directly or indirectly). The branch or the main branch may also provide guarantees, securities and other obligations of any kind for liabilities of such companies, including through fiduciary assignments or transfers of and pledges on assets of the branch or the main branch. Furthermore, the branch or the main branch may operate or participate in cash pooling of any kind.
