The company's purpose is to acquire, manage and dispose of participations. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and/or abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and/or abroad, acquire, hold, encumber and dispose of real estate or intellectual property rights in Switzerland and/or abroad, and conduct all commercial, financial or other transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. In addition, it may engage in or participate in liquidity balancing/net liquidity centralization (cash pooling) with group companies, including periodic balance adjustments, and do so without consideration, on preferential terms, interest-free, without the intention of generating profits for the company, and assuming cluster risks.
