The purpose of the cooperative is to provide families with affordable and healthy housing, taking into account the properties and market conditions. The cooperative aims to achieve this goal by: purchasing land, building simple but functional residential and multi-family homes, buying existing and suitable properties, renting out the self-built or acquired houses at the lowest possible price to its members. The construction of new buildings and renovations, as well as the acquisition of affordable properties, are regulated in the "Construction and Procurement" regulations. When selecting tenants, families are given preference. Unmarried couples or single parents are not disadvantaged compared to married couples. The cooperative does not intend to make a profit from renting.
