The company's purpose is to operate an architectural office. The Company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
