To group together insurance intermediaries not bound by articles 43 and 44 of the Federal Law on the Supervision of Insurance Companies (LSA) operating in the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland. To improve the professional, legal and social position of its members and to take on any intervention aimed at protecting the general interests of the category, representing them to the legislator, insurance companies, and various associations pursuing similar purposes. To collaborate with other associations or bodies operating in similar and/or different areas of the present association. To promote professional training autonomously or in collaboration with other associations, bodies or training institutions. To develop a sense of professional ethics, stimulate solidarity and encourage relationships between members. To combat unfair competition in the field of insurance intermediation, in accordance with federal legislation.
