to be the custodian of the memory and history of Hentsch & Cie, Lombard, Odier & Cie, Darier & Cie, Darier, Hentsch & Cie, Lombard, Odier, Darier, Hentsch & Cie, Compagnie Lombard Odier SCmA, Lombard Odier & Partners Scm and its affiliated entities (the Houses); to contribute to the perpetuation of the history, values and reputation of the Houses; to foster good relations among the former managing partners of Hentsch & Cie, Lombard, Odier & Cie, Darier & Cie, Darier, Hentsch & Cie, Lombard, Odier, Darier, Hentsch & Cie, former members of the board of directors of Compagnie Lombard, Odier SCmA or former managing partners of Lombard, Odier & Partners SCm (the Former Partners) who have become its members; to support, in Switzerland and abroad, charitable activities, particularly in the fields of medical and scientific research, humanitarian and social assistance for needy or physically or mentally affected persons, promotion and development of culture and education, environmental protection and sustainable development; to exercise the voting rights related to the shares it holds.
