1. The association ensures the provision and development of the IT tool for the operation of the individual control means within the meaning of Articles 4a, 4b and 4c of the Federal Act on the Posting of Workers and the Act on Combating Unfair Competition (LALDétLTN), as well as the transmission of related statistical data. 2. The association ensures the proper functioning of the IT tool. To this end, it assumes maintenance and drives its development, makes it available to authorized persons and ensures its compliant use. 3. The association defends and contributes to the promotion of this IT tool at the cantonal level and with other interested cantonal or federal authorities. 4. The association contributes to the fight against illegal work, in particular by making the IT tool available to its members. 5. The association is non-profit.
