Association L'Audace

The Association offers a public utility service consisting of: preparing beneficiaries whose work capacity is limited by mental health reasons for vocational rehabilitation; serving as a bridge between social integration and vocational reintegration, enabling sustainable inclusion of beneficiaries in the primary labor market through adapted support and close collaboration with employers. The objectives are as follows: restoring self-confidence; developing autonomy; gradually resuming a work rhythm; strengthening psychosocial skills; developing exploitable professional skills (soft and hard). The Association is non-profit.
