1. Creation and management of a socio-sanitary network at the cantonal level, ensuring information, orientation of beneficiaries and the efficiency of accompaniment for the elderly, in accordance with the law on gerontological organization (LGer; RSJU 810.41) and the ordinance on gerontological organization (RSJU 810.411). 2. To this end, the association's partners ensure respect for and promotion of the person's autonomy, responsibility, prioritization of their choices and quality of life. It ensures compliance with ethical rules in this matter and takes any other measure in line with the purpose stated in paragraph 1.
