The Association's purpose is to support projects in Switzerland and abroad aimed at addressing the environmental crisis and the loss of biodiversity, the issue of warming and climate urgency, as well as the ecological transition of society towards a sustainable and decarbonized development model. These supports will be characterized in particular by financial contributions in favor of projects related to the aforementioned climate transition goals (hereinafter the Transition), such as those: a) related to communication in the broad sense on the Transition, whether intended for the general public or for political, economic or educational circles, b) related to the development of fair, healthy, sustainable and environmentally respectful agriculture; c) carried out by non-governmental entities, local or international organizations, local or intergovernmental conferences, activist associations, citizen movements, campaigns or political parties, ultimately aiming to support, promote or accelerate the Transition project within society, d) related to scientific research in the broad sense as well as the development of studies allowing to facilitate the Transition and its concrete consequences for society, e) more concrete such as support for companies aiming to register in a project in accordance with the Transition, f) allowing support for disadvantaged environments in order to enable them to bear the financial costs related to the Transition. The preamble is an integral part of these statutes and serves in particular to interpret the purposes of the Association.
