Association Stop Ballons

The Association, of general interest, pursues an activity of social utility, in particular of an educational, social and philanthropic nature, for all audiences and especially for young people. The Association's purpose is: To accompany, inform and prevent children, adolescents and young adults about the risks of consuming certain substances such as drugs, alcohol and all types of toxic products that can lead to addiction and irreparable harm to health, within the framework of prevention against the dangers of dependence on products; More specifically, the Association aims to raise awareness among all audiences and especially young people about the use and inhalation for euphoric and festive purposes of certain laughing gases, in particular nitrous oxide, and aims to implement the means to combat its use; The development of awareness and prevention actions for children, adolescents, young adults and more generally for all concerned audiences, in schools, universities, hospitals, clinics, all healthcare establishments, and more generally in any place that seems opportune, in particular in collaboration with local actors in the medico-social or health sector, to inform, raise awareness and prevent risky practices, in particular by focusing on the positive aspects of non-consumption; Supporting young people and vulnerable audiences affected by uncontrolled consumption and addiction problems and supporting their parents and loved ones through all means, including the promotion and opening of reception and exchange centers and other social, medico-social or health support structures; Organizing and participating in awareness campaigns, disseminating information to its members and the general public, through all types of media and communication channels, on risky practices and the use of toxic substances harmful to health, such as laughing gases; and Implementing any action with the relevant authorities and activities or events useful for preventing the use of toxic substances, denouncing their harm, helping people find solutions to their addiction to stimulate desistance. The Association does not pursue a profit-making or commercial purpose. Within the framework of its objectives, the Association operates in Switzerland and abroad.
